Ribera del Duero
A full-bodied red made of old-vine Tempranillo from several of the family's estate pagos farmed biodynamically. Aged in French and American oak barrels (70% new) for 14 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, then bottle-aged for ten months before release. Rich and bold, its dark fruit, spicy, and smoky notes pair well with roasted and grilled meats and tomato-based sauces.
