Thibaud Boudignon Savennières "La Vigne Cendrée" '23

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, from massal selection vines planted in 2015. This 0.5 ha parcel has a mix of grey schist, rhyolite, and clay. Fermented with indigenous yeast, no malolactic conversion. Aged in 350-liter  and 500-liter barrels, between one and three years old. This wine always has laser beam acidity, great complexity and minerality.
