Suntory Toki Whisky

Suntory is perhaps Japan's most legendary producer of Whisky. Between their Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chitadistilleries, they are known for both terroir based Whisky, as well as being masters at blending.

Toki from Suntory has become synonymous with the highball, and it is truly one of my favorites to mix with soda for that classic cocktail. Aromas of basil, green apple and honey, lead into citrus, peppermint and thyme on the palate. It finishes with notes of sweet spices, white pepper and ginger. It is a great value.
