Friuli Venezia Giulia
The "Cialla Bianco" is a traditional blend from the Cialla valley, composed of 60% Ribolla Gialla, 30% Verduzzo, and 10% Picolit. The grapes are fermented in oak barrels and then aged for 11 months in the same barriques, followed by an additional 20 months of aging in the bottle before release. The result is a structured wine with significant depth that is suitable for aging over many years.
