The 2025 Grenache Blanc is a blend of 79% Grenache Blanc, 9% Picpoul, 8% Roussanne, and 4% Bourboulenc, selected from three different vineyards in Paso Robles. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts, and the wine was aged for five months in a combination of American oak barrels and concrete tank. Medium bodied and refreshing on the palate, with notes of white peach, brioche, honeydew, pear, and wet stone.
Lemongrass, white flowers, and wet stone aromas are accented by notes of ginger spice and lemon zest on the nose, leading into a light- to medium-bodied palate of Asian pear, nectarine, and lemon pith. Fresh and focused, the wine shows crisp acidity, mineral purity, and a subtle phenolic texture reminiscent of white tea. The finish is long and persistent.
