Pai Abel cuvées are wines that reflect the strong and intense personality of Abel (Mario Sergio's father). By pruning heavily and training the youngest vineyards as they were the oldest, Mario Sergio is able to achieve intense, full-bodied, complex wines. Blend of Maria Gomes and Bical and aged in old Burgundy barrels. A wine that was built to age 10-plus years. Open one now and hide the rest in a dark and cold place.
