Producer Profile: Champagne Bérèche

I've said it before and will say it again, Champagne Bérèche is one of the top 5 producers in the region of Champagne today. Raphaël and Vincent Bérèche are perfectionists, paying attention and sparing no time and expense to make the best Champagne possible. Having closely followed them over the past 15+ years, I've seen an incredible evolution that can be tasted in the quality of the wines. Over the past couple years I've squirreled away some bottles from Bérèche so that I could host this very tasting. These are allocated and rare Champagne, and to taste them together will truly give you a glimpse into why these are so special. Hope you can make it!
