Paul Prieur Sancerre Blanc "Mise de Printemps" '23

The Prieur family has been producing wine for 11 generations, and today is led by Luc Prieur since 2012 after studying enology in Beaune (Burgundy).

Certified organic

This wine is hand harvested, pressed pneumatically, fermented with ambient yeast (and no added SO2), aged in stainless steel tank, and neutral oak.

This wine is a classic Sancerre where tension and chalky intensity remain the driving force of the wine, thanks to the wonderful Kimmeridgean limestone of the appellation.
