Paillard "Les Terre Roses XIX" Extra-Brut Rosé (2019)

This Rosé is a unique blend for the Bouzy region, with a surprisingly high proportion of Chardonnay (64%) alongside Pinot Noir (36%).  Sourced from the Bouzy Grand Cru area, known for its deep chalky bedrock and clay, contributing to a rich texture and depth in the grapes. Specifically, the grapes come from the lieux-dits "Les Mailleretes", "Les Mignottes", and "Les Motelettes".
