Neversink Gin

Noah Braunstein and Yoni Rabino never cease to amaze us with their technique and consideration that greatly shows through their spirits. Not only are they contentious about the environment and their impact, they are proudly showcasing apples from New York State. They currently work with up to 15 different local apple varietals. While their flagship is their apple brandy, this gin is not to go unnoticed. With its unique apple-base, they blend various botanicals and herbs that are complimentary to the apples' flavor. It includes three types of fresh citrus, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, elderflower, and, of course, juniper. It’s a delicious, full-flavored gin that is great to sip on with an ice cube or in your favorite gin cocktail. It's bright, herbaceous with notes of citrus and fresh fennel - but every time we taste it, we pick up something different and unique. You can say they're obsessed with apples. And we're okay with that, because we're obsessed with them.
