Martinique
Neisson rhum is produced at the family-owned Neisson distillery in Carbet, Martinique, on the North Western Caribbean coast by Master Distiller Grégory Neisson Vernant and his mother Claudine. The family are renowned for their meticulous production processes, which include long fermentation, the cultivation of a wide variety of sugarcane varieties and the use of their beautiful and unique copper French Savalle column still, all in the name of producing the finest Rhum Agricole in Martinique.
Neisson Organic Rum is an unaged rum made from fresh sugarcane juice. Flavors of sugarcane, citrus fruit and light floral notes make up the nose and palate.
