Les Moulins Mahjoub Organic Tebourba Sauce (tomatoes, artichokes, harissa & black olives)

Made in Tebourba, Tunisia, Les Moulins Mahjoub products are a reflection of the region’s exceptional soil. Their growing and production process respects the land’s natural and biological balances, and all of Les Moulins Mahjoub products are traditionally crafted, with many made by hand.

Tunisia is closer to Italy than one might think, and tomato-based sauces are a traditional Tunisian accompaniment to couscous. This version uses the ingredients of the Tebourba region, which include tomatoes, artichokes, harissa, and black olives. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. This product is organic.

This sauce is just as satisfying over pasta as it is over couscous.
