Le Soula Blanc is the flagship white wine of the domaine. The blend is Sauvignon Blanc (49%), Vermentino (23%), Grenache Blanc (14%), Macabeu (12%) and the remainder a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, Malvoisie du Roussillon and Grenache Gris grapes. Surrounded by 53 hectares of Garrigue, the vineyards are managed adopting biodynamic principles and range in age from 25 to 60+ years old. Le Soula Blanc is made using traditional vinification techniques with whole bunch pressing, cold settling and natural yeasts. Aged for 22 months in a combination of demi-muids (60%), new oak (28%) and tank (12%), the wine is lightly filtered before being bottled without fining. Le Soula Blanc is a wine with great complexity, finesse and elegance.
