The Kyoto Distillery "KI NO BI" Kyoto Dry Gin

The first gin distillery in Kyoto, Kyoto Distillery offers a dry gin with uniquely Japanese flavors. Starting with rice as the base, the distilling process uses 6 different components separately: Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, Floral and the Base spirit. They then blend them together to achieve a perfect balance. Familiar gin aromatics of herbs and juniper blend with Japanese exotics of bamboo, sānsho (Japanese peppercorn), hinoki wood chips, gyokuru tea and yuzu fruit to create a gin that delivers a truly delicious alternative to traditional gin.
