Kan Nihonkai's "Ryoshi Zake" (translated to "Edge of the Sea") Junmai Ginjyo is a fisherman's sake intended to be complemented by only the freshest cuisine: think only the finest sashimi and buttered crab just fished from the sea. The Nihonkai Brewery is a stone's throws away from the ocean so one can literally taste the salinity and minerality from the terroir.
This sake has a distinct saline characteristic but very complex with a creamy and streamlined palate. There is much to be enjoyed!
