The original marc created by Vincent Jacoulot, distilled once in an alembic still from the pips and skins of Pinot Noir, then aged between 7 and 15 years in a variety of barrels. This exceptional product is the qualitative leader in its respective category.

Tasting Notes: Sweet soil and mushrooms structure the wild vinous quality of this aged pomace distillate, all balanced with notes of butterscotch, raisins, and a hint of sandalwood.
