The Ichigo (“strawberry” in Japanese) brew is made from Tsuru-ume plum sake and Wakayama strawberry juice (60%) and has a great balance of sweet and tart flavors. In addition to cocktails, mix it with oolong or black tea, or try it with chocolate, vanilla ice cream, or panna cotta. ABV: 10%.
