The 2023 Pinot Noir Beloved Acre Whistling Ridge is reticent to begin, demanding plenty of air before revealing scents of raspberry, blueberry, rooibos tea, saline and mushroom. The medium-bodied palate is brimming with perfumed fruit. It’s framed by velvety tannins and vibrant acidity and has a long, kaleidoscopic finish.
