Sonoma
Made solely from Grenache and sourced from Rossi Ranch in the heart of Sonoma Valley. The Rossi Ranch vineyard, owned by Sandy Otellini and farmed by Phil Coturri’s team, is composed of fine clay loam soils, laced with light volcanic ash and obsidian shards, perfect for growing the wonderfully aromatic Grenache.
Fermentation takes place in open-top tanks, with just enough stems to produce elegant tannins, and élevage is carried out in neutral puncheons. Perfumed and elegant on the nose, with aromas of wild strawberry, red fruit compote, watermelon, thyme, anise, and wet stones. On the palate, there is both grip and amplitude, making this a Grenache that shows the potential to age for years to come. California Certified Organic Farming.
