Domaine de l'Enclos Chablis '22

Domaine de l’Enclos was founded in 2016 by Romain and Damien Bouchard, and they are the fourth generation of their family to work the chalky, Kimmeridgian soils that characterize Chablis. Previously, the family had sold its Chardonnay grapes, with holdings in premier and grand cru vineyards, to other winemakers. The estate has been certified organic since 2018.

The 2022 Chablis shows aromas of lemon zest, lemon verbena, and oyster shells. It is medium bodied and fresh, with a long, mineral-focused and savory finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with grilled seafood and herbs, roasted chicken, and fresh cheeses.
