One of the greatest white wines of Spain. This comes from that 1.5 ha plot just outside the house and winery. The vines are a staggering 200+ year-old. The wine is fermented using indigenous yeasts, and sits for 11 months on its lees in stainless steel tanks. A wine that can age in great vintages for 15-20 years. In its youth, it offers beautiful floral, citrus and mineral notes. It gains in weight as it ages, with the fruit turning more tropical, and the minerality become even more explosive. Try a bottle in its youth with some oysters. It will blow your mind.
