Condesa Gin is an artisanal spirit produced in Mexico City, inspired by the cosmopolitan character of its namesake neighborhood and Mexico’s ancestral herbal traditions. Led by master distiller Hillhamn Salome, the gin incorporates distinctive Mexican botanicals such as palo santo, sage, xoconostle, and orange blossom. The result is a contemporary expression of Mexican craftsmanship that balances classic juniper character with aromatic, floral, and gently earthy notes.
