Clusel-Roch "Traboules" Coteaux du Lyonnais '21

Made from 100% Gamay, with an average vine age of 30 years, from 3.8 ha in the south of the appellation, near the communes of Millery and Orliénas. The soils are glacial moraines and some granitic areas. Certified organic. Manual harvest and sorting. The grapes are partially destemmed and put into tanks with about one-third whole cluster. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts, and the extraction is very gentle. The wine is aged for six months in stainless steel tanks.
