Clusel-Roch "Galet" Coteaux du Lyonnais '20

Made from 100% Gamay, with an average vine age of 40 years, from 1 ha in La Petite Gallée and Rochipel. The soils are glacial moraines and some granitic areas. Certified organic. Manual harvest and sorting. The grapes are partially destemmed and crushed before being transferred to tanks. Fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts. The extraction is very gentle. The wine is aged for 12 months in two- to three-year-old barrels.
