Based in Bassuet in the Coteaux Vitryats (southern Champagne), Champagne Bolieu is a family grower estate farming about 6 hectares, planted primarily to Chardonnay with a small amount of Pinot Meunier on famously chalky slopes.

“Fleur de Craie” Blanc de Blancs Brut NV is their Chardonnay-exclusive cuvée, built to highlight the finesse and tension of Vitryat chalk. The blend includes roughly 30% reserve wines for added depth, with about 10–15% of the base wine raised in oak (the remainder in stainless steel) to round the texture while keeping the profile crisp and mineral. A classic, terroir-forward Blanc de Blancs Brut that drinks far above its category.
