Celler Pardas Sumoll Rosat '18

Celler Pardas is one of our favorite producers in all of Spain. Their Rosé has been a house staple for many years. Made from the indigenous Sumoll grape varietal, this Rosé gains its deep color from the 24 hour maceration of juice and skin. The 2018 Rosat is really hitting its stride, offering big black cherry, strawberry notes, along with vibrant acidity and a long, complex finish. The best part about this Rosé is that you can drink it on its own, or pair it with a lot of different foods. It is very versatile, and utterly delicious!
