Castle & Key "Sacred Spring" Kentucky Vodka

This is really a fantastic project in Kentucky. Based in the old EH Taylor Distillery, it was purchased in 2014, and since renovated. Obviously, Castle & Key is focused on Bourbon, but when I tasted their vodka, it was a revelation. This is made from a mashbill of 73% white corn, 10% rye and 17% malted barley. I love the silky textural mouthfeel of this vodka, and also stands out with its citrus and buttered toast flavor profile. Of course this will make for a great martini experience, but it will be fund to play around with this for different cocktails.
