Acústic Celler Monsant Tinto '20

This is another great bottle from Albert Jané, produced from his beautiful vineyards in the Montsant region of Catalunya. Albert was initially attracted to the region by its old vines, and through Acústic Celler he has become one of the region's best and most thoughtful winemakers.

The Acústic Negre is a blend of 30% Garnatxa (which brings fruitiness, freshness and refinement) and 70% Carinyena (which adds color, structure, and dark and spicy fruit). The wine is aged for 10–11 months in fine-grained and very lightly toasted French oak barrels. 

The nose aromas of ripe blackberry and raspberry, with notes of brown baking spices in the background. The tannins are supple, with more black fruit on the palate.
