When it comes to thirst-quenching summer drinking, we all look for wines that have great natural acidity.

Acidity is the characteristic that you feel on the sides of your mouth as you drink a glass of wine. When we look for refreshing wines, we want wines with higher natural acidity. Of course, everything must be balanced to be good.

This tasting of nine wines celebrates and embraces wines with high natural acidity. The majority of what we will taste will be white wines, though you can expect sparkling, rosé, and even red wines.
