"This sake is produced from the finest Yamada Nishiki sake rice harvested in the Yokawa region of Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is carefully brewed using the traditional Kimoto method. Its principal characteristics are its soft and slightly creamy entry on the palate that then gives way to a profound midpalate density—all enhanced by a subdued, elegant aroma. This is a masculine daiginjo expression. It will age for several years. It is best served chilled."
