This small producer comes from Friuili where traditionally Pinot Grigio spends a very brief time on its skins. It's not an orange wine, but called "Ramato" which means coppery, alluding to its color. Delicate tannins result, but overall, this is a fresh and mineral-driven wine with a bit more complexity than most Pinot Grigio. You won't be hating on Pinot Grigio after this bottle.
