Rall White '20
From Donovan Rall, one of South Africa’s most exciting wine producers, and arguably its best winemaker, the Rall White is made with fruit sourced from old vines, primarily from Swartland and Stellenbosch. The 2020 is a blend of 68% Chenin Blanc, 28% Verdelho, and 4% Viognier. The wine is crisp yet with no lack of texture. I could make a strong argument that this is the best white wine to pair with Thanksgiving.
