Quinta das Bágeiras Espumante "Velha Reserva" Método Clássico '91

A very special and rare offering, with only 12 bottles coming to the United States. Your eyes are not deceiving you. This is a blend of 60% Bical and 40% Maria Gomes harvested in 1991. Produced in the Champagne method, this was disgorged on August 25, 2019. It spent over 27 years on its lees! Just 455 bottles were produced.  This isn't aged Champagne, this is the essence of an aged Bairrada wine. Expect earthy, mineral nuances, soft bubbles, unbelievably still screaming acidity, and incredible length.
