The grapes for this 100% Barbera wine were manually harvested and destemmed, then macerated on the skins for 10–12 day. The wine was matured in oak barrels for approximately one year.
The nose shows a complex bouquet of strawberries and cherries, with floral and spicy notes. Full-bodied on the palate, with fresh acidity, it's a wine that pairs wonderfully with tomato-based pasta dishes and meat stews.
