Pertois-Lebrun Champagne "L'ambitieuse" Blanc de Blancs NV (2017 and PR)
“L’Ambiteieuse” is made of Chardonnay grown in Chouilly, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Oiry. Half of the wine in this blend is from the 2016 vintage, and half is reserve wine from the 2013, 2014, and 2015 vintages. it is vinified in tank and oak barrel. Bottled in July 2017 and disgorged in February 2022. No fining, no filtration. The dosage is 1 gram per liter (extra brut).
