The 2017 Blanc de Noirs from Laurent Bénard is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from the village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.  Specifically from 2 lieux-dits: Le Jeune Parc and Les Clefs.  It is biodynamically produced using native yeasts and is aged on lees for over 4 years.  Dosage (1g/l)
