They began to restore the property, and released their first wine in 2020. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile not a grape synonymous with Argentinean wine, we absolutely adore their 2022 Syrah!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermented with 50% whole clusters and aged in neutral French oak, the wine is all about purity and lift. Dark blue and black fruits mingle with violet, lavender, white pepper, and a savory black-olive nuance, carried by that signature Los Chacayes mineral tension. Fine tannins and a modest 13.6% alcohol keep it beautifully balanced and refined.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePair this with grilled lamb chops or or with mushroom risotto.
