Keller Riesling Trocken "RR" '21

With a little residual, one of the real gems in the Keller lineup, and a steal for the price. The grapes come from a red soil parcel within the Kirchspiel vineyard. The wine, fermented in cask with natural yeasts almost never finishes dry. Instead, it is an essentially a feinherb, and an incredibly complex one at that.
