Hampden Estate Single Jamaican Rum "Bird Series - Euphonia Single Cask #670" 8-Year

In 2020, Hampden Estate launched an ambitious single cask series, a tribute to the very rich fauna of the distillery’s area, dedicated to the rarest species of birds found in Trelawny and in Cockpit Country.

"Euphonia" was distilled in 2012 from molasses with a pot still and then aged for eight years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61.6%. This is a limited release, with only 250 bottles produced.
