Domaine Léon Champagne "Enchevêtrer" Blanc de Noirs '19

This brut nature is made from 100% Pinot Noir from two of the domaine's historic parcels: La Chevétrée and La Grande Côte, near the village of Landreville, in the Aube.

Each parcel is vinified separately, with 10 months in barriques and 4 months in steel tanks. Lees aging lasts for 14 months before disgorgement. No added dosage.
