Château Falfas "Les Demoiselles de Falfas" Côtes de Bourg '20

Château Falfas is in Bordeaux’s Côtes de Bourg, with a historic château on the Right Bank of the Gironde River. Véronique Cochran farms 20 hectares of Merlot, Cabernet, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, and, with her now-deceased husband, John, began farming biodynamically in 1988. Château Falfas remains somewhat of an anomaly in the Côtes de Bourg.

A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, from vines up to 10 years old, "Les Demoiselles" was fermented with indigenous yeast and aged in stainless steel vat. Each variety was vinified separately. Fresh and juicy up front and grippy on the finish, a great red wine for any night of the week!
