Clairin Casimir is produced in Barraderes, a small village located right by the Caribbean Sea. It is made from a historic variety of sugarcane called Hawaii, which grows exclusively in this area preserved from any pollution, in the middle of mango trees and banana groves. The spontaneous fermentation takes place in open tanks and this exceptional rum is distilled in a homemade pot still heated by open flames.
