While Maria Teresa Mascarello is known for her ever-exquisite assemblaggio take on Barolo – as championed by her legendary father, Bartolo – her non-Nebbiolo offerings are just as well-made, and nearly as hard to come by. Mascarello gives their Dolcetto the respect of a proper elevage, and the results are always impressive.
