Barone di Villagrande "Contrada Villagrande" Etna Bianco Superiore '19

This bottling is produced in Milo Contrada Villagrande, at 700 meters in elevation, with a southeastern exposure. It is a blend of 90% Carricante 90% and 10% indigenous Etna vines. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, and the wine is bottled 10 months after the harvest. Beautiful aromas of white fruit and flowers, with elevated acidity and a long mineral finish. An excellent match for shellfish and raw fish.
