Angiolino’s estate, in the hamlet of Biancara (in Italy's Veneto region), covers about 15 hectares. For decades, he has not used any soil treatments, choosing biodynamic viticultural practices instead. He is unwavering in his belief that great wines are the result of healthy, beautiful, handpicked fruit, and the only way to achieve this is through natural processes.
"Rosso Masieri" is made with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vinification is carried out in open wooden vats with punching down three to four times a day for 12-15 days, and the wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel.
